Job summary

Safety Rail Company in Chanhassen, MN seeks a full-time installer with strong construction basics to travel 2–3 weeks monthly for client-site installations across North America. The role also supports our local production team, performing general labor in the Chanhassen facility when not traveling.

Candidates must be able to lift heavy objects, pass background and drug tests, and work overtime while following OSHA safety policies. A valid TSA travel document is required for air travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 weeks each month; must have TSA documents for air travel.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, physical and work simulation.
• Able to lift 100+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Work overtime and follow OSHA safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites across North America for installations; company pays travel expenses.
• Unload pallets and equipment from trucks using various forklifts.
• Assemble fall protection on rooftops; install rails, bases, cross overs, gates, and ladders.
• When not traveling, work in the Chanhassen, MN production facility supporting production duties.
• Maintain professional, safe, and businesslike conduct; adapt to varying conditions.
