Job summary

Qualifications

• Dependable individuals who are willing to work hard, learn new skills and take pride in quality work.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license required and Class B CDL preferred.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods and to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to perform physically demanding work including lifting, climbing, kneeling and using tools.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the United States supporting customers in agriculture, railroad, grain processing, and industrial sectors.
• Clean grain silos, storage bins, and industrial vessels using specialized equipment.
• Transfer materials using powerful industrial vacuum systems.
• Remove compacted materials through scraping, shoveling, and vacuum operations.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pressure washers, and industrial equipment.
• Work safely in confined spaces and elevated work areas.
• Wear and maintain PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Inspect equipment and report job progress to supervisors.
• Work independently and with experienced crews.
• Assist with emergency response and industrial cleanup when needed.
