Hulcher Resources is hiring Agricultural Technician II to build a long-term career in the industrial services field. You will travel across the United States supporting agriculture, railroad, grain processing, and industrial clients, performing hands-on tasks with a team.

The role offers training, overtime opportunities, a company vehicle while traveling, and advancement into level III Technician and management positions. Join a full-time, year-round employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL Class B is a plus but not required.
• Ability to travel extensively and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Clean grain silos, storage bins and industrial vessels using specialized equipment.
• Transfer materials using industrial vacuum systems.
• Remove compacted materials through scraping, shoveling and vacuum operations.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pressure washers and industrial equipment.
• Work safely in confined spaces and elevated work areas.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
• Wear and maintain required PPE.
• Inspect equipment and report progress to supervisors.
• Work independently and with experienced crews.
• Occasionally assist with emergency response and industrial cleanup.
