Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Industrial Superintendent (Travel) to oversee diverse projects nationwide. You will direct on-site construction, manage crews, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires at least 5 years in industrial supervision, a background in piping and self-performing construction, and strong leadership. You will travel to multiple sites, report progress, and collaborate with engineers and project managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge in piping, process pipe, self-performing construction, and industrial operations.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage complex projects within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling workers, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction teams to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Manage direct and indirect expenditures to keep the project within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other specialists to meet requirements.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and standards on site.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure codes and specs are met.
• Resolve on-site issues and disputes to maintain productivity.
• Prepare detailed progress, cost, and performance reports.
• Travel to various construction sites as required to keep projects on plan.
