Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Measure Technician (In-Home Advisor) who travels to customer locations to perform in-home measure appointments and provide exceptional service. You will support sales by taking accurate measurements, presenting quotes, and coordinating installations within the Field Services Organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Reliable Transportation.
• 1+ years of previous related work experience.

Responsibilities

• 60% Appointment Measures - Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments as efficiently and accurately as possible.
• 4% Collaboration - Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete all other work activities as assigned.
• 1% Compliance - Follow all policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedule.
• 35% Customer Service - Ask customers open ended questions and listen to responses about their projects and product needs.
