Job summary

Magenta Care LLC seeks a dedicated home infusion RN to deliver exceptional patient care in Caldwell, ID, with travel to nearby areas.

You will assess, plan, implement, and educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians, and advocate for patient rights. Requires active RN license in Idaho or Compact, 1 year infusion/ER/ICU experience, CPR/BLS, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Idaho or Multistate Compact (NLC).
• 1 year of recent RN experience (Infusion, ER, ICU).
• Excellent IV insertion skills.
• CPR and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in home health setting.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Start of care through admission process; advocate for patient rights and safety.
• Document changes in patient condition and communicate with the team.
