Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current state OT license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as licensed OT.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Willingness to travel daily within service area.

Responsibilities

• Assess functional abilities and design personalized treatment plans.
• Provide education, hands-on training, and encouragement.
• Collaborate with patients, families and interdisciplinary care team.
