Job summary

Cancer Specialists of North Florida (CSNF) in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for a float role across hematology and oncology clinics. You will travel between outpatient sites and participate in inpatient rounding, collaborating closely with physicians to support patients through diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of APP experience, with hematology/oncology, critical care, or infectious disease backgrounds preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Advanced Practice Provider experience required.
• Experience in Hematology/Oncology, Critical Care, or Infectious Disease as RN or APP preferred.
• Travel between outpatient clinic sites is required and APP will support inpatient rounding.

Responsibilities

• Travel between outpatient clinic locations to support patients.
• Provide inpatient rounding coverage at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to manage diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care.
