Job summary

Ames Construction is seeking skilled operators to run Track Equipment for heavy civil and industrial projects. You will support site preparation, earthmoving, road building, and material transport while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Travel to job sites across the United States is required. Prior machine operation experience, safety awareness, and flexibility for extended hours are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate large machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, loaders, and haul trucks
• Commitment to safety and PPE usage on all sites
• Willingness to travel frequently across the United States

Responsibilities

• Operate Track Equipment in all phases of operations under various conditions
• Perform routine maintenance and monitor gauges to ensure proper function
• Exercise good judgment regarding safety of self and others
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately
• Work with others and also independently on tasks
• Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas
