Job summary

Weaver Consultants Group is seeking a dedicated team member for a travel-intensive role involving landfill construction and service. Responsibilities include heavy manual work, travel across states, and maintenance of equipment. Preferred qualifications include experience with heavy machinery, general construction, and HDPE pipe fusion.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.00–$30.00 based on experience, along with comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) matching, and educational support. Ideal candidates will thrive in varying weather conditions and undertake physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform system construction activities safely and properly.
• Ability to fuse HDPE pipe ranging from 2" to 36".

Responsibilities

• Travel for extended periods – 4 weeks on, 1 week off.
• Live in hotels and travel between states 100% of the time.
• Walk long distances and navigate steeply sloped landfills and outdoor terrain.
• Perform heavy manual work, including lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Work safely in extreme hot and cold weather conditions.
• Clean work areas, fuel and maintain vehicles and equipment.
• Remain available for overtime and weekend work as required.
• Assist site supervisors with materials and equipment needs.
