Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company seeks a Traveling General Superintendent, Advanced Industries (Semiconductor) to lead high‑complexity projects in Hillsboro, OR. This role focuses on large Advanced Industries/Semiconductor construction and requires coordinating with owners, design teams and authorities.

You will drive safety culture, manage subcontractors and crews, and align schedules with budgets to deliver on time and within quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).
• Experience working on large semiconductor fab projects (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors, staff and project workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages site care, custody and control.
• Creates and manages project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Oversees budget tracking and cost reporting.
• Leads progress and OAC meetings.
