Position Overview

This full-time traveling position supports an Advanced Technology project across various market segments, including DataCenter, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables. The role reports directly to a vertical leader based on project experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Superintendents and Foremen, overseeing trade labor hiring, transfers, and layoffs.
  2. Coordinate with the Operations Manager on staffing assignments.
  3. Assist in project schedule reviews and ensure critical activities are on track.
  4. Document and communicate project field issues impacting budget, quality, or schedule.
  5. Oversee the development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
  6. Support implementation of QA/QC programs and manage Self-Perform opportunities and performance.
  7. Collaborate with the Safety Director to uphold safety standards.
  8. Manage training and development for tradespeople, and support business development efforts.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus at least ten years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, and excellent communication skills. Ability to travel over 50% of the time.

Physical and Work Environment

The role requires physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing stairs, ladders, and moving up to 50 lbs. The work environment involves on-site construction conditions with potential exposure to hazards and noise.
