Job summary

Elior Group is seeking a Food & Safety Manager to oversee food safety and physical safety protocols for Collegiate Campuses in Georgia, traveling 50% to support the Georgia BOR accounts. The role is based out of Clayton State University, with duties spanning audits, inspections, training, and continuous improvement across multiple campuses.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience in food safety, and certification like HACCP or ServSafe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of food safety experience in hospitality or food production.
• Experience with HACCP, FDA Food Code and safety regulations.
• Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure implementation of food safety programs across Collegiate Campuses in Georgia.
• Prepare units for health department and audits; support corrective actions.
• Monitor food safety logs and SOP compliance.
• Develop and deliver food safety training for employees on handling and processing of food.
