The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in flooring installation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of flooring installation experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to travel throughout the week.

Responsibilities

• Prep and install flooring per company procedures with high attention to detail.
• Keep tools organized and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Understand project scope before starting and review project files.
• Handle machinery and power tools safely.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, trustworthy manner in homes.
• Ensure high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
