Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a fixture installer/merchandiser to perform store resets, build fixtures, and optimize product displays across multiple locations. You will interpret planograms, read blueprints, and ensure correct stock placement while maintaining safety and reliability on tools.

Position involves travel, overnight or day shifts, and assignments ranging 0–40 hours weekly based on client needs. Paid mileage, per diem, weekly pay, and early wage access are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to multiple locations in a designated area or region for 1 to 6 weeks at a time.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and Channel Partners management team.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
• Ability to read diagrams or instructions and use hand/power tools as necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret store blueprints and plans.

Responsibilities

• Complete department resets, remodels, and new store setups with fixture assembly requirements.
• Build gondolas, H Frame warehouse racking, and other fixtures on the store floor or backroom.
• Perform merchandising tasks such as stock placement to planogram reset and end cap setup.
• Follow installation documents and planograms; maintain online certifications.
• Demonstrate safe usage of fixture installer tools and maintain a safe work area.
• Read store blueprints and apply materials and tools accordingly.
• Arrive on time and work shifts up to 8–10+ hours; adapt to schedule changes.

As a fixture installer, you'll take on project-based work to build and assemble displays and merchandiser to ensure products are visually appealing to attract and engage shoppers, build strong relationships with store managers, ensure the right amount of goods are available at the right price. During unprecedented times, that's crucial! Our corporate office has planted roots in Tampa, FL, but we hire retail merchandisers all over the nation.

Minimum Pay

USD $16.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $16.00/Hr.

• Assignments can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume, how far you are willing to travel, and willingness to accept various other projects offered

What You'll Do

• Complete department resets, remodels, and new store setups with custom fixture assembly requirements
• Build gondolas, H Frame warehouse racking, and other specialty fixtures on the main store floor and/or backroom warehouse
• Complex merchandising-related tasks such as stock placement to planogram reset, resetting metal shelves, setting an end cap to planogram
• Read and follow installation documents, including guides and manuals like planograms, modular and fixture layout documents
• Maintain retailer-specific online certifications
• Demonstrate safe usage of fixture installer tools including but not limited to: a cordless drill, a hammer drill, a tape measure, a level, various screwdriver types, rubber mallet, etc.
• Read and interpret store blueprints and plans
• Use construction knowledge to determine the best methods of installation, work procedures, and material and tool requirements
• Arrive on time and work scheduled hours, which may include both overnight and day shifts per client requirements and shift lengths lasting 8 to 10+ hours (shift length will vary by project)
• Adapt to changing work schedule

• Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use personal hand tools or power tools as necessary
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools or power tools as necessary
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Must be 18 years or older
