Job summary

Asa Carlton, a premier construction and fixture installation firm, seeks candidates for Fixture Installer/Merchandiser on our Multi-Retail Services team for Home Depot projects. California, Arizona, and Nevada opportunities; up to 80–90% travel expected.

Responsibilities include store remodels, fixture installs, shelf resets, and planogram-based merchandising. Must lift 50+ pounds, work physically, and coordinate with a 6–8 person crew.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel to California projects for multiple weeks at a time.
• Experience in construction, fixture installation, or retail resets is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Summary

Asa Carlton, a leading construction general contractor and fixture installation company, is currently seeking individuals and travel teams for the position of Fixture Installer/Merchandiser on our Multi-Retail Services team for Home Depot projects. If you like to build, work with your hands, or organize– this is the job for you! California, Arizona, and Nevada candidates are urged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Perform store remodels, fixture installs, and shelf resets
• Install pallet racking, gondolas, and various store fixtures
• Set merchandise according to retail planograms
• Relabel shelves with updated price tags
• Install signage packages throughout the store
• Use of power tools, hand tools, and operate lift equipment (certification provided if needed)
• Work closely with a Project Lead and a crew of 6-8 team members

Requirements

• Must be able to travel to the California projects.
• Must be willing to travel for multiple weeks at a time
• Construction, Fixture Installation, or Retail Reset experience preferred not required
• Ability to lift 50 +pounds, stand for extended period, and work in a physical labor role
• Strong work ethics, dependability, and ability to work well with the team
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and reading planograms is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must follow all Safety and PPE policies
