The Assistant Superintendent understands the means and methods of multi‑family or commercial building construction. In this role, the individual is action‑oriented – unafraid of proactive planning and foresees concerns before they arise.

Qualifications

Strong consideration to a candidate who has working knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical and/or electrical work may be preferred.
