Job summary

Command Investigations, LLC seeks Surveillance Investigators for field work nationwide, including Albuquerque, NM. You will observe, track, and document subjects, capture video evidence, and prepare comprehensive client reports across varying schedules and overnight stays.

Qualifications include 1+ year PI experience, 21+ years old, clean DMV, and ability to travel starting at 3:00 AM. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401(k), and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• 1+ years (minimum 2,000 hours) of Private Investigator experience (not including law enforcement, military, etc.)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College degree preferred
• Computer skills including the ability to upload video and still images into an electronic system
• Personal auto insurance with liability limits of 100k/300k/100k
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions
• Ability to work independently with excellent customer service and strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills; flexibility and time management
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• Willingness to travel and start as early as 3:00 AM
• Complete Command Investigations, LLC employment application and pre-employment tasks

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance by monitoring, tracking, and recording subjects during daily activities
• Perform vehicular and on-foot surveillance with discretion
• Develop and execute pre-surveillance planning for each location/case
• Record and document findings through video and written reports
• Capture subjects in public spaces, events, and workplaces
• Submit reports and video within required timeframes
• Communicate with team leaders regarding positions, observations, and strategy
• Utilize digital surveillance equipment and investigative software
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Uphold safety and legal/ethical requirements during operations
