Job summary

The Cooler Service Field Technician role with Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast involves performing mechanical services on vending, fountain, and carton-cooler equipment in the field. Travel across Greater Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA areas is required to service customers.

Responsibilities include repairing refrigeration units, troubleshooting issues, scheduling preventive maintenance, and keeping parts stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC is preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work on refrigeration sealed unit coolers (True, Imbera, IDW).
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs.
• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure vehicle is stocked appropriately.
• Complete required paperwork and provide quality customer service.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and adhere to company policies.
