Job summary

Alamon Inc. is looking for a technician to carry out Fiber Characterization tests and ensure high-quality workmanship. This role requires 95% travel across Texas and possibly beyond, with responsibilities including documenting fiber panels, training other technicians, and performing maintenance on tools and vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel 95% of the time.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Run Fiber Characterization tests including OTDR and PMD.
• Document Fiber Panels and complete daily production reports.
• Field train and oversee other technicians when necessary.
