This full-time role leads federal sites across the southeastern US, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and daily progress to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site management experience on federal construction projects.
• Experience on federal construction projects on military bases.
• Willingness to travel (requires travel).
• Must pass a background check for access to military bases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, sequencing, and coordinating subcontractors to maintain progress.
• Lead daily kickoff meetings and set the day’s agenda.
• Ensure government specs are followed and the project stays on track.
• Coordinate safety, quality control, and logistics across trades.
