Community Health Centers of South Central Texas, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner for our Luling Community Health Center and Lockhart Family Practice Center locations.

Travel is required to cover both sites and provide patient care across communities. The role focuses on comprehensive assessments, diagnoses of common illnesses, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and educating patients on preventive care and healthy living.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner certification.
• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Primary care nursing experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of patients.
• Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
