Qualifications

• Graduation from High School
• 3-5 years of experience in the maintenance field; HVAC knowledge desired
• Proficient computer skills to complete reports and documentation

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, structural, and plumbing systems; inside and outside buildings
• Troubleshoot and diagnose deficiencies and provide repair recommendations
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and oral instructions
• Maintain equipment warranties and service agreements for machinery and systems
• May supervise temporary staff and oversee contracted janitorial services
