Job summary

Digital Building Components is looking for an experienced Installation Superintendent to lead a crew responsible for metal panel facades. This role involves managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to safety and planning standards while traveling across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in metal stud framing and drywall, along with strong communication and organizational skills. OSHA certifications are required, and experience with BlueBeam or similar tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with metal stud framing and drywall.
• OSHA certifications are required within the first two months.
• Experience with leading edge work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation crew of metal panel facades.
• Schedule and manage jobsite inspection processes.
• Hold jobsite safety meetings.

Skills

General understanding of welding

General understanding of waterproofing systems

Ability to identify and resolve complex issues

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Excellent listening and communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Education

15+ years experience with metal stud framing and drywall

Experience supervising a crew of 15 or more

OSHA 10 & 30 certification
