Job summary

Channel Partners in Buena Park, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandising Specialist who travels to assigned stores to install and maintain consumer electronics displays, build relationships with store personnel, and complete CP certification for in-store support. You will work 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule Monday–Friday, and occasional weekends.

Paid training provided. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and own a basic toolkit, with the ability to use

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred.
• Must own a basic toolkit.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores within the territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (TVs, tablets, headphones, printers, phones).
• Occasionally partner with team members on 2–3 person projects (e.g., appliance or TV installs).
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships.
• Complete assignments as directed by management.
• Ensure reporting is completed on time from a mobile device.
• Complete Channel Partner certification and training requirements for in-store support (Apple devices if applicable).
• Schedule and complete work per CP standards and onboarding.
• Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx and transport to stores.
• Other tasks as requested by management.
