Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandising Specialist to travel within Minnesota, install and audit electronics displays, and build strong in-store relationships. Flexible 20 hours per week with some weekend coverage during busy periods.

Paid training, virtual onboarding, and tools provided to help you succeed. You will work independently, using your smartphone to report progress and coordinate with a dedicated Field Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, or retail experience preferred.
• Own a basic toolkit and reliable transportation.
• Able to navigate with a smartphone GPS and upload reports.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores within your territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install electronics displays and products.
• Collaborate on 2–3 person projects such as appliance or TV installs.
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships.
• Complete assignments on time and report from a mobile device.
• Follow CP standards during onboarding and scheduling.
• Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx for store delivery.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
