Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks an experienced electrician to lead and perform installations, alterations, and repairs of electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will troubleshoot proactively and ensure work meets NEC and safety requirements.

The role requires climbing and working from ladders or lifts, reading blueprints, bending conduit, terminating cables, and training helpers as needed. A strong commitment to craft and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Accredited Apprenticeship or six years on-the-job electrical experience required.
• Ability to lead and perform installations, alterations, and repairs of electrical systems per NEC and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Reports to assigned job site location on time and organized.
• Maintains and properly stores tools, materials, and equipment.
• Interprets electrical construction drawings, terminates cables, and troubleshoots control wiring from schematics.
• Plans, schedules, and organizes tasks to meet deadlines.
• Trains Helpers and Apprentices in proper work practices and safety.
