Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Superintendent in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role involves managing the electrical systems on high-end renovation projects, ensuring quality and profitability. Ideal candidates will have 7–12 years of experience in commercial construction management and a strong background in electrical systems. Qualifications

• 7–12 years in commercial construction management required.
• Experience from the sub-contractor world is acceptable.
• Experience with BIM tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and fire systems throughout the construction management process.
• Manage all staff assigned to the project and relationships among all involved.
• Complete or review project reports for accuracy and status updates.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation related to projects.
