Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Electrical Service Superintendents to lead teams of electricians and apprentices on projects nationwide. You will be traveling to sites, coordinating installations, and driving safety, quality, and timely completion.

Long-term opportunities, benefits, and a 401K are provided. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of electrical experience on industrial or commercial sites, with a Master Electrician license preferred and strong supervision skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years electrical experience on commercial/industrial sites.
• Master Electrician license preferred.
• Ability to install conduit, wire and cable; read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of electricians and apprentices on projects across the country.
• Travel to project sites and oversee electrical installation and commissioning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across assignments.

Skills

Job description

Amteck is currently looking to hire Traveling Electrical Service Superintendents for our Service Department. You will be traveling to projects across the country to lead teams of Electricians and Apprentices. We offer long‑term opportunities as well as steady work, benefits and a 401K. You will have the ability to diversify your electrical skill set with being able to learn others within Amteck. We have training for low voltage, fire alarm, controls, and instrumentation among other skill sets.

Requirements Include But Aren't Limited To The Following

• 10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites
• Master Electrician License preferred
• Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems as required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems
• OSHA10 preferred but not required
• Conveyer/press experience preferred but not required
• Experience supervising a team of 5-10
