Job summary

Amteck is seeking a QAQC Coordinator for our new construction division. This traveling position offers long-term opportunities, benefits and a 401K, with potential to move to another project within Amteck after completion.

You can diversify your electrical skill set by learning others within Amteck, with training planned for low voltage, fire alarm, controls, and instrumentation among other skill sets. We require extensive electrical construction experience, QAQC background, NEC proficiency,

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in the electrical construction field.
• Prefer at least 2 years of QAQC experience in the field.
• A valid JM license or Amteck Certification is preferred for this role.
• Working knowledge of construction standards, codes and standards relating to electrical work.
• Must be able to read, interpret, implement, and enforce the NEC.
• Must be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Capable of using a laptop, tablet, and associated programs to perform the above-mentioned tasks.
• Must be capable of reading and understanding installation instructions of equipment to ensure proper installation techniques are followed.
