Job summary

Amteck is seeking a QAQC Coordinator for its new construction division. This traveling role offers long-term opportunities, benefits, and a 401K. You will move between projects and expand your electrical skill set through training in low voltage, fire alarm, controls, and instrumentation.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in electrical construction and 2+ years in QA/QC, with NEC fluency and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. A JM license or Amteck certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years' experience in the electrical construction field.
Prefer 2+ years' QA/QC experience in the field.
JM license or Amteck certification preferred for this role.
Strong working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice and standards relating to electrical work.
Ability to read, interpret, implement, and enforce the NEC.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics.
Proficiency with laptops/tablets and related software for field work.
Ability to read and understand installation instructions of equipment to ensure proper techniques.
