Job summary

Amteck is seeking a QAQC Coordinator for our new construction division. This is a traveling position with opportunities for long‑term projects and potential moves to other sites after completion.

Responsibilities include overseeing QA/QC on electrical construction, interpreting NEC requirements, and ensuring proper installation practices across diverse projects. Ideal candidates have extensive electrical construction experience, plus QA/QC exposure, and preferably a JM license or Amteck

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in electrical construction.
• Prefer 2+ years of QA/QC experience in field.
• Valid JM license or Amteck certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of construction standards, codes and NEC.
• Ability to read, interpret, and enforce NEC.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Comfort with using laptop/tablet and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC activities on electrical construction projects.
• Ensure installation techniques meet NEC and project standards.
• Review drawings, wiring schematics, and installation instructions for proper execution.
