Job summary

Amteck is seeking a QAQC Coordinator for the new construction division. This is a traveling position with opportunities for long-term work, benefits, and a 401K. After project completion you may rotate to another project within Amteck.

Candidates should be interested in growing with a company that values longevity in the trade and celebrates safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. We require at least 10 years of electrical construction experience and prefer 2 years of QAQC work in the field.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in the Electrical Construction Field.
• Prefer at least 2 years' prior QAQC experience in the field.
• A valid JM license or Amteck Certification is preferred for this role.
• Working knowledge of construction standards, codes of practice and standards relating to electrical work.
• Ability to read, interpret, implement, and enforce the NEC.
• Capability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Capable of using a laptop, tablet, and associated programs to perform tasks.
• Must understand installation instructions of equipment to ensure proper installation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Traveling position as QAQC Coordinator across projects.
• Support growth and longevity within the trade by promoting quality control.
• Learn and diversify electrical skill sets within Amteck, including low voltage, fire alarm, controls, and instrumentation.
