Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in electrical construction in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams.
• Understanding of customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of developing and following construction schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Assist in the development of effective manpower schedules.
• Ensure work meets local and NEC guidelines.
