Key Responsibilities
- Lead crews of 4+ team members (typically 2 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices) on job sites.
- Oversee project timelines, labor, and site coordination under strict deadlines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and electrical schematics.
- Execute and supervise electrical installations including:
- Conduit and wiring systems
- Generator and UPS system installations
- Low- and medium-voltage systems
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and office staff.
- Enforce safety compliance and quality standards across all projects.
- Provide professional verbal and written communication daily.

- Experienced leader with a background in large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects.
- Skilled problem solver, decisive under pressure, and capable of working independently.
- Motivated to work up to 60 hours per week.
- Fully committed to extensive travel; this role requires being on the road the majority of the time.

Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- 5+ years of field experience in electrical construction.
- Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, installation practices, and jobsite safety.
- Proficiency in blueprint and schematic reading.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- $35-$45 per hour (based on experience).
