Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas, Inc. seeks an enthusiastic team member to support its online store operations. You will travel to Turnstyles locations, identify items for eBay, process inventory, create listings, and pack orders for shipping.

Responsibilities include photographing items, writing descriptions, pricing, and collaborating with volunteers to maximize item value. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent movement.

Qualifications

Minimum passion for the mission of Catholic Charities
One year of online sales experience including pricing, descriptions, listings, packaging and shipping
Must complete background checks and trainings as required
Ability to communicate well with employees, volunteers, donors and customers
Must be able to lift and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds

Responsabilités

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to online inquiries within 24 hours
Collaborate with volunteers to follow sourcing, listing and shipping procedures on eBay
Identify items with high resale potential to maximize donated goods value
Clean, test, and photograph products for online listings
Determine pricing, write descriptions, post items on eBay, and organize storage
Travel weekly to Turnstyles store locations; mileage reimbursed
Ensure items are packed, labeled, and shipped promptly
Monitor market trends and update management on changes
Train staff and volunteers to select items likely to perform well online
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with estate sale days
