C&M Dredging Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced Conventional Dredge Operator for a full-time, traveling role.

The position is not tied to a single project and involves mobilizing, operating, and demobilizing dredging equipment at various locations while maintaining safety and efficiency. Candidates should have previous dredge-operating experience, basic Hypack knowledge, the ability to travel extensively, and a willingness to work about 75 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous dredge-operating experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel and work ~75 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate dredging equipment per project requirements and procedures.
• Mobilize, set up, operate, and demobilize dredging equipment.
• Direct or assist with placing shore anchors and cables.
• Direct or assist with assembling, positioning, and laying pipe.
• Verify dredge cuts.
• Monitor depth gauges to maintain excavation depth.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety/mechanical concerns.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Report to project foreman and superintendent.
