Job summary
CVS Health is seeking District Support Pharmacists (DSPs) to support CVS Pharmacy teams across the district, covering pharmacist shifts and assisting the Pharmacy Manager. You will travel within the district, supervise dispensing processes, and help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering compassionate patient care.
Active Pharmacist License in the state, an active NPI, and not being on the DEA Excluded Parties list are required.
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Traveling the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled; serving as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy.
- Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflows and safety guardrails.
- Assist with managing pharmacy operations and provide patient-centered care.
