Traveling Director of Dining Services - Orlando, FL

Job summary: Working as a Traveling Director of Dining Services, you will oversee day-to-day operations for multiple dining accounts in the region, manage and lead a team, manage client relations, and ensure that the food offered to customers is of superior quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account
• Roll out new culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $70,000.00 - 90,000.00
