Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service is a fast-growing, concierge-style onsite dental provider delivering care to senior communities across Florida. This remote, mobile role runs with a dedicated company vehicle, and offers 3-4 day weeks, PTO, 401(k), and ongoing leadership development.

We seek a Licensed Dental Assistant with at least 1 year of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Base Pay: $25-$30 per hour (based on experience and execution readiness)

Performance Bonuses: $10,000-$35,000+ annually
