Job summary

Wesley Chapel Smiles Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience. You will prepare patients, assist during procedures, sterilize equipment, and manage radiographs and charting under clinician direction.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to travel to multiple offices if needed. A high school diploma and state certification/licensure are preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond to inquiries from patients, staff, vendors, or other members of the business community.
• Ability to interact with clinicians and staff effectively.
• Maintain organized patient records and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and prepare patients for treatment.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness.
