Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial and government projects nationwide.

The role oversees safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout. Candidates should have 7+ years in construction including 3+ years as superintendent, with Procore, MS Project/Primavera, OSHA 30, and a valid GC license or LEED a plus.

Competenze

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus.

• Assist with RFIs, change orders, and field directives as needed.
• Manage punch list completion and final inspections.
• Support delivery of as-builts, O&M manuals, and final documentation.

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial and government/public-sector construction projects across the United States. This role oversees jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout. Candidates should have field experience overseeing ADA/accessibility scopes and concrete construction.

Project Types:

May include commercial, government, federal, and public-sector construction projects, including ground-up construction, renovations, ADA/accessibility improvements, and structural and site concrete work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Field Operations

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet key milestones

Scheduling & Coordination

• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow

Safety Leadership

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $90,000 to $120,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Work Conditions & Travel:

This is an on-site role at the location of the project(s) and requires 90-100% travel nationwide. Multi-shift work may be required to accomplish work in active retail locations to meet aggressive schedules.
