Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Oversee general construction budgets and safety programs.
• Comprehend design documents and review shop drawings.
• Establish and monitor QC program.

Skills

On-site construction management experience

Supervision skills

Scheduling experience with MS Project or Primavera

Knowledge of building codes

Spanish language skills

Education
