Actalent is seeking a Traveling Construction Materials Technician to perform testing and observations on large commercial and industrial construction projects across various regions. The role requires traveling extensively, preparing daily site reports, and communicating findings with project managers.

The ideal candidate holds multiple ACI certifications and ICC special inspector credentials, with hands-on experience in concrete, asphalt, and soil testing and familiarity with nuclear gauge

Work Environment

The position involves full-time fieldwork on large construction sites across the country. The technician will interact with engineers, project managers, and field personnel from owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. Comfort with extensive travel and long-term stays out of town is required. The role demands working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sun.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
