Job summary

Structures, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Traveling Laborer to perform strenuous construction tasks on critical earth retention and paving projects across the United States.

You will train in OSHA 10 within the first week, join the apprenticeship program, travel extensively with paid hotel accommodations and per diem, and contribute to safe, efficient job sites while supporting team members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor.
• Ability to understand written and oral instructions.
• Punctual and dependable with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete OSHA 10-hour safety training within the first week of hire.
• Communicate effectively with Structures and project members.
• Work independently and with a team on construction sites.
• Attend apprenticeship program trainings at local union center and learn installation standards.
• Safely lift and carry heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
• Travel extensively across the United States; accommodations provided while traveling.
