B&B Concrete is seeking a Concrete Laborer to support the construction team with a variety of tasks. This role emphasizes physical work, learning under guidance from trades, and teamwork on outdoor job sites in Oklahoma City.

Prior construction exposure is a plus, and a valid driver's license helps with material transport. Applicants should be able to lift 50 lbs, work weekends when required, and pursue OSHA certification if not already obtained.

General description:

The Concrete Laborer will be an asset to the team. This person will be responsible for doing a variety of tasks to help support the construction team. This position requires physical labor and is best for someone that is willing to learn and work under the guidance of different trades.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation and setting up concrete forms.
• Transport the necessary materials to different work areas.
• Load and unload materials off trucks.
• Help prepare work sites daily.
• Assist in various other tasks for other field personnel.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and receive guidance from others.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Previous experience in the construction field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends if needed.

Working conditions:
