Job summary

This role focuses on interior tile and stone installations across residential and commercial projects, with surfaces including walls and floors. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on tile experience, reads blueprints, works with porcelain, ceramic and stone, and can lift heavy objects and travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of tile/stone installation experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical plans, blueprints, and drawings for layouts.
• Ability to use hand or power tools and measuring devices as applicable.
• Requires strenuous physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds independently and 75+ pounds as a team.
• Good time management and communication skills; willingness to travel to different job sites.
• Knowledge of Schluter Systems is a plus; valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install ceramic tile, porcelain and stone in showers, bathrooms, kitchens, backsplashes, and other spaces.
• Determine and implement the best layout to achieve the desired pattern.
• Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled and verify accuracy.
• Train and mentor other installers as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
