Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial ground-up construction.
• Knowledge in Divisions 1–16; fuel station or restaurant construction preferred.
• Capable of physical labor on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities for safety and budget goals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve conflicts.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure scopes are executed properly.
