Job summary

PostedPM, a division of Posted Companies, seeks an experienced Working Foreman to lead commercial construction, remodel, and installation projects across the United States. This hands-on field leadership role requires working alongside your crew to ensure plans and materials are installed to spec.

You will oversee safety, quality, and on-site progress, coordinate daily activities, and communicate updates to project managers and the COO while traveling nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial construction crews.
• Able to travel nationwide and stay away overnight.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specs.
• Valid state driver’s license; pass background, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on commercial construction, remodel, and installations.
• Perform hands-on trade work with the crew, reading plans and specs.
• Train, coach, and mentor field employees to company standards.
• Maintain safety and quality, ensure OSHA compliance, document daily reports.
