Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to facilitate medical consults within nursing home facilities using a tablet device.

A strong candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and create a supportive environment for residents. Responsibilities include coordinating with facility contacts, ensuring patients are seen per the workflow, and traveling to multiple facilities across states as needed.

Responsibilities
